For years, this address on Williams Boulevard was a gathering place — a small corner of Brazil in the heart of Kenner, Louisiana. Families from across the greater New Orleans area came to stock up on imports, grab a warm coxinha, and speak Portuguese with people who understood them.

Under new ownership, this beloved market has taken flight. Inspired by Brazil's most iconic bird — the vivid, majestic blue macaw — the new team set out to honor everything that made this place special while breathing new life and dedication into every corner of the store.

The Blue Macaw is more than a mascot. Like the bird itself, we are colorful and full of life, deeply rooted in Brazilian culture, and a rare treasure in Louisiana worth protecting and celebrating.
